Shipping Information:
We try very hard to get orders out in a timely manner. Please note that each item has an estimated time until it ships. (shown on the item's description page) You can expect your order to ship at the item with the latest ship time. Example: if you order an item with a "Usually ships next day" description as well as an item with a "Usually ships in 3-4 business days" description, the order will ship in 3-4 business days. All orders are shipped by Priority Mail and are usually received with in 4 business days of shipping. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information from the Post Office website www.USPS.com. If you ever have a question about your order, please drop us an e-mail.
Exchanges and Returns:
Exchanges are available on new/unworn items within 30 days of receipt. Return the item to us with $6 shipping and handling. Please include the name and address for return shipping as well as the item you would like to exchange for. Refunds are given on new/unworn items within 30 days of reciept. There is a 15% restocking fee deducted from the original purchase price. Refunds are charged back to the original credit card used to purchase. Shipping is non refundable. Please include name, e-mail and order number for all returns.
